A simple way to avoid spam is to replace the "@" with "AT" and "." (dot) with "DOT", because typically spammers bots (programs / scripts search small automatic e-mail address) will not recognize your email address or how to read it. Another way is by providing your email address privately or through a personal message which is typically an integrated part in a forum.
